# Angelina Musik-Comp: Halotherapy, Wellness by Choice, and Her Agent Team for Syndication on Intelligent Netware

Angelina Musik-Comp, co-founder of Intelligent Netware with Daniel Comp, on her busy agent team, a system meant to give retired and disabled people jobs, and matchmaking entrepreneurs with the seekers looking for them.

## Key lessons

- An agent team can carry the volume so that people, including retirees and people with disabilities, have real roles, like being the human voice on the phone.
- Reach was never the problem. Angelina says Intelligent Netware's networks are syndicated across 20,000 US cities. What was missing was a team to fill them.
- Every project, from Wellness by Choice to HALOTHERAPY Magazine, serves one goal: help businesses stay open by matching them with the seekers who are looking for them.

## Transcript

_Transcript supplied by Musik for Angelina Musik-Comp, as published by Asxer Gärwis on asxer.com. The opening question is asked by Daniel Comp, Angelina's husband and fellow co-founder, from behind the camera. Arnie did not watch the Short._

**Daniel:** Now, to be perfectly fair, for the record, you haven't finished breakfast yet, but your whole team is like busy, right?

**Angelina:** Yeah, they are. They are busy and they're having fun, and I'm having fun. And so, unfortunately, I can easily see this becoming an addiction like when I used to play Pac-Man in the '80s. But we're all doing good stuff. We are creating a system that we can duplicate and grow across the nation to help those retired and those disabled to have jobs. They can be the human phone callers, or do another aspect of this. But until this moment in time, we have our news networks that are syndicated across 20,000 cities in the US. And up until this point, we haven't had the team to be able to facilitate us. You've had the netware, but not the team to facilitate on this to make good stuff happen. And all of these projects (Wellness by Choice, Business Women News, HALOTHERAPY Magazine, consumer education, consumer protection, and entrepreneurship support), we want to help people not go out of business. We want to highlight them and feature them in our networks and match them with the seekers trying to find them who can't. So this is fun. This is matchmaking on a massive scale for entrepreneurs and consumers asking for help.
